A conceptual master plan is a preliminary bubble plan showing all suggested major thoroughfare and/or collector street alignments, drainage facilities and pipeline easements, as well as any other physical encumbrances affecting the overall plan for the site. The plan will also indicate residential cells with potential lot yields, proposed commercial reserves, proposed utility and drainage facility sites, as well as any other special land use site requested.

Following completion of the developer/builder guidelines, META Planning + Design LLC offers architectural review services to oversee the implementation of the guidelines and review of all residential, commercial and/or multi-family construction within the community.

Additionally, the acreage of reserve tracts, including recreation and landscape reserves, will be reflected on the plan(s).
